Event Cinema Springfield

EVT (formerly known as AHL) built an Event Cinema as part of the extension of the Mirvac Orion Shopping Centre in Springfield.
The complex project involved the construction of eight cinema screens, including two VMax and two Goldclass auditoriums. The brief also included the construction of a fully equipped kitchen and two licensed bars. Due to the site’s location in the middle of the shopping centre, construction site access was limited.
Close cooperation with the Mirvac Development team was crucial to the success of the project. The intended opening date was met, with the cinema fully compliant and integrated into the overall shopping centre fire system upon opening.
