When proposed cinemas in Germany needed a Project Manager to oversee a mixture of new construction and the refurbishment of existing areas, our Australian-based client knew BSK Projects was up to the challenge.
This particular project commenced with a project audit following which BSK recommended a strategy on how to improve the delivery of the planned projects. Following this, BSK was engaged to control the delivery of the project, acting as the representative between the German Project Management team and our client’s Australian head office.
This strategy ensured the timely and on budget delivery of projects, crucial to our clients’ sales negotiations.
The nature of the project meant it was not without its challenges, with international time zones, different standards and different procedures. Previous experience and knowledge of the processes in both countries, paired with regular trips to Germany enabled BSK to assist in delivering the project without a hitch.
