BSK Projects was engaged by TSA Management to provide Project Management Services for the new hotel development in Auckland’s CBD.
The development compromised of 489 rooms spread over two hotels which are stacked on top of each other. The site was occupied and required the demolition of existing buildings to make room for the 140m tower.
Right next to the site Auckland was also building a new underground light train which restricted access to the site and created some complications. Close cooperation with all stakeholders was key to ensure the landmark project was delivered successfully.
