Construction begins for the Pickled Monkey Brewhouse
We have been working closely with the Pickled Monkey team to bring you Sydney’s latest brewery experience, and are excited to announce that construction has began.
During the design phase we worked closely with the an architect to ensure the design of the new Pickled Monkey brewpub met all the owners dreams to create a great atmosphere that patrons will want to return to time and time again. Not only did we consider the aesthetic appeal, we designed a layout to facilitate easy navigation and interaction for staff and patrons. It was important to create a natural flow through the venue so customers feel very comfortable in the space and have a memorable experience.
With the design phase now complete, BSK projects are now working closely with Evolve Construction to complete the two story fit-out. The existing 900sqm warehouse will be transformed into an American style Sports Bar with a brewery, fully equipped kitchen, restaurant, casual seating, pizza oven and an event space.
BSK Projects will continue to manage this project through to opening day navigating all the council and compliance regulations, overseeing the construction phase, and coordinating the Handover and Commissioning.
